The first artist to be featured in the Liquid Gallery is Detroit-based, award-winning photographer Joe Gall, also known as ‘Camera Jesus’.

Cold-steeped tea leaves add bitterness and astringency that dance with sharp apples.The addition of dried grapefruit and clementine peel complement this tartand earthy hard cider.

CABERNET WINE BLENDED WITH COCOA NIBS

Notes of black cherry, blackberry, leather and dried herbs, this Washington Cab is velvety in texture and pairs beautifully with braised short ribs, roasted vegetables and of course, burgers. Ecuadorian cocoa nibs bring forth roasty notes of bitter chocolate. The sharp grapes and rich cocoa create a complex flavor and aroma that are both smooth and full bodied.

SPICED STONEFRUIT IMPERIAL HARD CIDER

This high gravity cider boasts sweet dessert apples, juicy ripe peaches and apricots, and finishes with notes of mulled spices. Cinnamon and dried orange peel complement the soft, round and sweet body making this high alcohol sipper a last course delight.
