GINNY CRANDERS

Cocktail
• 1c Water
• 1c Sugar
• 2 tbsp Ginger
root, grated
• 1oz gin
• Berry Cranders
Hard Cider

Garnish
• Sugar
• Fresh cranberries
• Fresh thyme

First make the simple syrup: bring one cup water, one cup sugar and the two tablespoons of freshly grated ginger root to a simmer. Simmer for 5 mins and then strain and allow to cool.
Add one ounce of the ginger syrup to an iced glass. Then measure and add one ounce Gin. Top off with Blake’s Berry Cranders Hard Cider and stir to mix. Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme, sugar coated cranberries and candied ginger.

Note: Snow covered cranberries- use the ginger simplesyrup and coat a few fresh cranberries with it. Allow to slightly dry (a couple mins allows them to become tacky) and roll in fresh sugar.

SAINT CRANBERI

• Orange bitters
• Orange simple syrup
• 5-6 Fresh cranberries
• 1.5 oz Bourbon
• Luxardo cherries
• Saint Chéri Hard Cider

In a glass, add a few dashes of the orange bitters, orange simple syrup and the fresh cherries. Muddle these items well. Add the
ounce and half of bourbon and give a good stir. Add some ice and then top off with Blake’s
Saint Cherry Hard Cider.
Garnish with the Luxardo Cherries. Enjoy!

CHÉRI TEMPLE

◆ Blake's Saint Chéri - 7 oz
◆ Vodka - 2 oz
◆ Grenadine - 1 oz
◆ Lemon Juice - .25 oz
◆ Orange Slices
◆ Maraschino Cherries
Mix Saint Chéri, vodka, grenadine, and lemon juice. Add ice cubes until tall glass is almost filled then drop in the orange slices (we recommend 2 half slices), give it a good stir then skewer maraschino cherries for garnish. Easy, peasy, Saint Chéri!

RASP-VERY GOOD BOY

◆ Blake's Fido - 7 oz
◆ Vodka - 2 oz
◆ Simple Syrup - 5oz
◆ Lemon Juice - 1oz
◆ Raspberries - 6pcs
Muddle raspberries in the cocktail shaker, then add all ingredients, shake gently until well chilled, Strain into a tall glass and garnish with a piece of grapefruit or additional raspberries on a skewer and serve.

THE BEAR TRAP

◆ Grizzly Pear - 2.5 oz
◆ Mezcal - 1 oz
◆ Yellow Chartreuse - .25 oz
◆ Lemon Juice - .25 oz
◆ Orange Juice - .25 oz
◆ 1 dash Orange bitters

EVERLONG

◆ Valentine Vodka - 1.5 oz
◆ Aperol - 1 OZ
◆ Dash of orange bitters
Orange slice for garnish

FIT FOR FROST

• 4 oz Blake’s Lite Cider
• 1 oz unflavored vodka
• 1/2 oz Blue Curacao

GRIND N’ RIND

• 1.5oz Gin
• 2oz fresh squeezed blood orange juice
• Juice of half a lime
• Topped off with @blakeshardciderco Mimosa Lite Cider
• Dehydrated blood orange slice for garnish

WAKE N BOURBON

Old Fashioned Style build in glass in order.
◆ 1 Orange peel
◆ 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
◆ .75 Cinnamon clove syrup (made with sugar, water, cinnamon and clove, steep for 25 minutes, cool and use)
◆ Muddle lightly together
◆ Add Ice
Then add Bulleit Bourbon - 2 oz
Top with Blake’s Wakefire, stir and serve

RAMBLING MAN

◆ Blake’s Flannel Mouth - 6oz
◆ J. Riddle Peated Bourbon Whiskey - 2oz
◆ Dash of Bittercube Orange Bitters
◆ Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice - 2oz
◆ Michigan Honey - 1 tsp.

THE BLOODY

◆ Blake’s El Chavo - 6oz
◆ Valentine Vodka - 2oz
◆ McClure’s Bloody Mary Mix - 6oz
◆ Lime - 1/4 squeezed
◆ Worcestershire - 1 tsp.
◆ 2 dashes hot sauce (Frank’s!)
◆ Dash of black pepper
◆ Dash of sea salt
◆ Dash of celery seeds

Fill a pint glass with ice, add ingredients and serve with a grilled jalapeńo and a McClure’s pickle.

GRIZZLY PIRATE

◆ Blake’s Grizzly Pear - 6oz
◆ St. Germain (Elderflower Liqueur)- 2oz
◆ House Falernum (sweet tropical syrup) - .5oz
◆ Pineapple Juice - 1oz
◆ Lime Juice - 1oz
◆ Rose’s Grenadine - 1 tsp.

HIPSTER WEEKENDER

◆ Blake’s Beard Bender - 6oz
◆ New Holland Knickerbocker Gin - 2oz
◆ Pineapple Juice - .5oz
◆ Fresh Squeezed Lime - 1oz
◆ Rose’s Sweetened Lime Juice - 1oz

WHAT IF BLAKE'S HAD SYRUP TREES?

◆ Blake’s Black Phillip - 5oz
◆ J. Riddle Peated Bourbon Whiskey - 2oz
◆ Michigan Maple Syrup - .5oz
◆ Port - .5oz

Stir all ingredients over ice until the C02 is nearly gone
Rinse a rocks glass with absinthe, top with ice and pour
Garnish with a blood orange wedge

THE DRUNKEN PUMPKIN

◆ St Elizabeth All Spice Dram - .75 oz
◆ Templeton Rye - 2 oz
◆ Lemon juice - .5 oz
◆ Shake and strain into Collins glass
Top with Blake’s Apple Lantern
Apple Core garnish
